Guarantor's passport:- a guarantor is a person who will stand and vouch for you that you won't cause any violence in school.

So you must bring his passport and you will fix it below on the form below.

2. Your 'O' level result e.g WAEC,NECO,GCE,NABTEB
3.Your jamb result notification
4.Your birth certificate
5. Certificate of origin
6. Your national diploma certificate (only for HND applicant)
Above listed document are what you should come along with when coming to school.
You will need some other ones but they will be printed for you when you get to school by any trusted cafe.
