ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMMES
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMMES:

National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit passes at WASC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings. These credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics.
Evidence of one year post - National Diploma (ND) cognate experience (i.e. Industrial Training)
Applicants with Pass Grade in the National Diploma (ND) will be required to have at least two years Post-National Diploma industrial experience.
Applicants for Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest Technology option) are required to have at least a Lower Credit grade at National Diploma (ND) programme in any of the following:
Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
Agricultural Technology
Food Science and Technology
Agricultural Engineering Technology
Applicants for Metallurgical Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering Technology only.
Applicants for Mining Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Mineral Resources or Mining Engineering Technology only.
Holders of ND Computer Engineering are not admissible into HND Electrical / Electronics Engineering Technology and HND Computer Science Programmes.
Candidates will not be admitted into HND programmes different from what he/she had in ND programmes.
Holders of ND Mass Communication will not be admitted into HND Public Administration.
IT IS MANDATORY FOR HND FULL TIME APPLICANTS TO FILL THE JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS USED FOR THEIR ND PROGRAMMES. ONLY APPLICANTS WITH JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) PROGRAMMES (PART-TIME)
Applicants for admission into Part-Time National Diploma (ND) programmes will be required to have a minimum of five O/L Credits in relevant subjects at SSCE, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
CREDIT PASSES IN MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL APPLICANTS SEEKING ADMISSION INTO ANY PROGRAMME IN THE POLYTECHNIC. IN ADDITION, THE OTHER THREE SUBJECTS MUST BE RELEVANT TO THE COURSE OF CHOICE.
Applicants for admission into Part-Time National Diploma (ND) programmes will be required to register at the JAMB e-Facility portal via https://www.jamb.org.ng/eFacility./Login
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Applications for admission will be done fully online. To apply online for HND(FULL TIME AND PART-TIME) ND(PART-TIME), log on to www.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng and follow the instructions there.

Note:

Applicants awaiting Results will not be considered for admission.
All applications attract a fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) exclusive of bank and other charges.
All payments for application should be made through ‘College Pay’ using your Debit Card, Master Card, or Prepaid Card.
All applications close on Friday, 31stJuly, 2020.

Document needed to register for H.N.D admission

Good day dear viewers, before telling you the document needed for H.N.D document needed for admission, we will actually give you a very brief introduction about what Kwarapolyzone is.

The aim of Kwarapolyzone is to accurately give student infomation and to do the following :-

There is no document needed for your application, any document you will need will be after you've been offered admission, we will give you the list of document that you must have after you've been admitted.

4 easy step to collect your N.D or H.N.D certificate

Dear viewers, We've been having alot of questions on how you can process and collect your certificate. To get your certificate now is very easy either for H.N.D 2 or for N.D 2. The process of getting your certificate are explain below:

1. Make sure you've been Cleared

Before leaving the school either for serviceo for I.T, all HND 2 and N.D 2 have actually submitted thier files which include document like; waec result, jamb result, state of origin, birth certificate, bio data and many more. This files will be checked by the screening officials and if you are not having any issue I think you shlud have been cleared by now. Because final submission for year 2019 ends December.

So try and make sure you've been cleared. That's the first step.

2. Making payment for certificate

You have to make payment for your certificate and the details of how you can make payment for your certificate have been explain to us before but for those people who aren't on our platform before you can click here to know more about certificate payment.

3. Writing the letter of collection
Your letter if collection has a format which you must follow the format is below under this text

After collecting your cleared file, the date you were cleared will be boldly written on the file, the date will be written on your letter and after that you willl attached the letter with your payment receipt for the certificate. You will submit it and then wait and continue checking if your certificate is ready.

4. Collection 

You can check yourself or tell someone to keep checking for you. If you now know that your certificate is ready, just come to school with your I.D card then present your I.D card and get your certificate. It is as easy as this.

These are very easy step to follow in other to collect your certificate.

And most time certificate might be ready in 2 - 3 months.

     The month of RAMADAN lingers on all Muslim faithfuls for its significance, the month with all virtues and best of all months.

      Allah opens door of mercy and forgiveness in this holy month. We pray may Almighty Allah make  it easy for all of us and save the world from this tribulations.

        Allah says we should follow the instructions by our leaders, don't forget to avoid social gathering and maintain the quarantine policy.

      No Ramadan activities in this period except it's being opined by our leaders to do so.

Read your Qur'an at home, perform Naflat Tarawee (Ashamu) at home and listen to Ramadan lectures on any designed social media of your wish.

Useful information about post utme and screening for N.D and H.N.D aspirant

 Hello  viewers, today we will introduce you to the kwara state polytechnic post utme and screening programme. Just stay tuned and see how we help you though this 2020/2021 admission.

the question we are going to be answering today are below :
1. Will there be post utme or screening?
2. What are the requirement for screening? 

3. how many question are there in the post utme?

4. is there any issue regarding the connection when writing the exam?

5. what are the areas of concentration in the examination?

6. what is the time duration for the examination 

7. when do they release the result of the post utme examination?
8. What is the pass mark for screening and post utme?

       We are going to answer the question in the paragraph below,
1. We can't actually say if there will be post utme or screening this year but we can assure you is that this year might be screening because it is easy for kwara state polytechnic to calculate that rather than setting exam and marking exams. Kwara finds screening easy than post utme.

2. Screening doesn't , what they really in your screening is your waec grades and jamb result but for H.N.D It is your jamb result and your N.D grade.

3. If  you will be writing post utme this year, the number  of question for the post utme is just 20 and answering the question number.

4. The areas of concentration are mathematics, english and general questions including current affairs.

 5.  We need to give answer to question number 5, if you want to write this exam, you must make sure the connection of your system is very good and you can't use phone write this examination examination because it might cause some failure in answering some question and it might affect your result.

6. The time duration for kwara state Polytechnic post utme programme is 10 minutes and you must be very careful with your time.
7. The result will be release the second day after the examination, it is only 24 hours and if it is screening the result will also be release you will just need to keep checking your portal.

8. Actually, there is no designed cut off mark for the school post utme or screening, but you must have up to 35% upward. 

note : You must not miss the day of your examination else you will be disqualified and you need to stay updated to know if kwara state Polytechnic will write post utme or screening.
